In-Studio Memberships
Plan on attending more than one class a week? A recurring membership is the best deal. Enjoy our full class schedule with one of our two monthly membership offerings, each geared to meet a different frequency of class attendance. You can start and stop your membership anytime or switch easily between membership levels — no long-term commitments!
Unlimited Membership
The Unlimited Membership provides unlimited class access and is an ideal choice for individuals who attend 10 or more classes a month. Enjoy 10% discounts on special events, a 10% discount on private studio rentals, and a 5% discount on branded merchandise. Plus, each year get 2 free guest passes and the ability to pause your membership for up to 30 days for any reason.
Note: due to a software glitch, the checkout page for an Unlimited Membership incorrectly shows a recurring price of $180 (plus tax). The $180 is the first-month charge only, as it includes the one-time enrollment fee of $30. The correct recurring monthly price is $150 (plus tax).

Billing Information
There is a $30 one-time enrollment fee for monthly memberships.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Your monthly billing date is set to the day of the month that you started your membership contract. You will automatically be billed monthly on that day.
Your membership continues to be billed automatically until canceled.
If your payment method fails for any autopay, you will be asked to provide updated payment information and will be required to pay that month’s membership dues in order to continue taking classes.
Class Registrations and Cancellations
Monthly members are required to pre-register for classes online.
Members must cancel a class reservation 30 minutes or more before the class starts to avoid a late-cancel penalty.
A $5 fee is charged to your membership account if you cancel late or do not show up for a class reservation. The first late cancel or no-show fee incurred each month is waived.
An automatically generated email is sent when a member does not sign the sign-in sheet for class. If a member forgot to sign in before class, they can respond within 48 hours to be retroactively signed in before fees are automatically charged.
Once late cancel or no-show fees are charged, they are non-refundable in order for the studio to recuperate its merchant fee charges.
Switching Membership Levels
Members can switch between different membership levels without incurring an enrollment fee by emailing a request to info@communityfitness.com.
Membership level changes will become effective as of the next monthly billing date; pro-rated charges or refunds part way through a monthly billing cycle will not be made.
Multiple membership switches do not reset annual benefits available to Unlimited monthly members.
Pausing Your Membership
After 6 months, Unlimited members can pause their membership for whatever reason once per calendar year for up to 30 days.
To request a membership pause, email the requested start and end dates for the pause to info@communityfitness.com.
Canceling and re-enrolling in an Unlimited membership does not provide access to additional pauses for each rolling-year period.
A pause for up to 3 months is also available in the case of documented physical injury. To request a medical pause, email your request to info@communityfitness.com.
Canceling Your Membership
When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
Refunds will not be given for partially used monthly memberships.
Each time you restart your membership, you’ll be required to pay the membership enrollment fee.
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your in-studio account, clicking on the passes tab, and then clicking on the manage or cancel contract link. Two different items will be listed on the next screen, one for your current monthly membership period, and one for the upcoming monthly membership period. Click on the arrow to the right of the top item and and you will see a terminate button. Click the terminate button to cancel all future payments.
Age Limitations
Memberships can be purchased by or for individuals ages 13 and up. We ask that children under the age of 16 be supervised by a parent or guardian to participate in our in-studio classes. Individuals under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign a liability waiver on their behalf when creating an on-line account.
Memberships for individuals under the age of 18 can be paid for via an associated parent or guardian account. Please contact us for help in linking accounts for payment purposes.
Momentum Membership
The Momentum Membership provides access to up to 8 classes each month. It is a great way to start building your fitness routine and then increase the number of classes over time. It is a better deal than the class packs for those attending 6-9 classes a month. You also get to enjoy 5% discounts on special events and workshops.
Note: due to a software glitch, the checkout page for a Momentum Membership incorrectly shows a recurring price of $130 (plus tax). The $130 is the first-month charge only as it includes the one-time enrollment fee of $15. The correct recurring monthly price is $115 (plus tax).
