“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.” – Albert Einstein
Michele has always been happiest when moving her body, whether it’s through ballet, jazz, aerobics, swimming, or hiking. However, when she discovered yoga she felt like she’d come home. The marriage of movement, breath and mindfulness was what she had been seeking all those years.
Michele teaches a challenging yet balanced Vinyasa yoga class focusing on alignment and the constant flow of breath. She feels yoga is a vehicle for knowing ourselves on a deeper level, to notice our habits of mind so we begin to live our lives with more clarity and intention.
A little known fact about Michele is that while balancing poses are her favorite, she is not fond of heights.
