Login, Scheduling & Account Access Tech Tips
Tech support is challenging for us as a small business and given clients’ various devices and settings. But we want to help, so below are our problem-solving tips for recent or common tech problems so you can get that workout you are looking for:
Instructions for Mindbody’s New Account Login Process (as of July 29)
Mindbody is now using a single login system for all its platforms and studios like Community Fitness that use its software. This will change how you log into your Community Fitness account on our website.
If you have an existing Mindbody app/website account, your existing Community Fitness login information should work. If you can’t log in, and you have a different password for your Mindbody app/website account, try using that password instead.
If you log into your MindBody account but do not see your Community Fitness information, please visit ‘Places You Go’ and make sure Community Fitness is listed. If it is not, use the search function to find Community Fitness in Seattle and add it to your list. You may need to click on an arrow to the right of the business and re-enter the password you use for Community Fitness.
If you do not have an existing Mindbody app/website account, you will be asked to create one. You should use the same first name, last name, email address, and password you previously used on our website. If any of these are different, the Mindbody system might not recognize your existing account.
If you are sent into a loop to create an entirely new profile and enter your personal information, close out from that browser. Go to account.mindbodyonline.com and enter the email and password you use for Community Fitness. After that:
You will be asked to send a code to verify your address.
Once you enter the code, you will be sent to a screen that shows your MindBody account information.
Click on ‘Places You Go’ and make sure Community Fitness is there. If it is not, click on the search button under Find Other Businesses and search for Community Fitness in Seattle. On the right of our business, click on the down arrow. You will need to re-enter the password you use for Community Fitness.
If you are prompted to purchase a pass/membership even though you have an active pass/membership, it means that the Mindbody system did not recognize your existing Community Fitness account when you created a new Mindbody account. Do not purchase a new pass/membership and email us for assistance.
If you do not have either an existing Community Fitness or Mindbody app/website account, you will be prompted to create a new account after entering your email into the Mindbody login page.
If you are getting error messages, it is most likely due to a conflict with an existing Mindbody app/website account that uses the same email but a different password than the one you have been using for the Community Fitness website. Try to access your Mindbody account through the app or website. You should be able to reset your password directly when logging in, if needed, and then see your existing pass or membership. You can also book a class through that app/website. Afterwards, your account should be linked for use on the Community Fitness website. Before logging back into our Community Fitness website, we recommending restarting your browser.
You can read more about the changes Mindbody has made here. Please refer to this page if you used a Google or Apple profile to log into or create a new Mindbody account, and you are having trouble accessing your Community Fitness account - we are unable to provide direct support related on problems you may face from using a Google or Apple profile.
Please email us at info@communityfitness.com if you need any assistance.
