Start your Tuesday morning off right with an energizing whole body wake up. A low impact, full body session, we will incorporate aspects of Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Ballet, and somatic work, with an emphasis on mind-body connection. Suitable for all ages and abilities, if you are interested in getting active stretching, conditioning, and breath work into your morning, come join us on the mat.
