Start your Tuesday morning off right with an energizing whole body wake up. This low impact, full body session will incorporate aspects of Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Ballet, and somatic work, with an emphasis on mind-body connection. Deep muscle movements will stretch and strengthen your core, arms, legs and more. Suitable for all ages and abilities, if you are interested in getting active stretching, conditioning, and breath work into your morning, come join us on the mat.
