Winter Sound Bath

December 7 | 4-5:30pm | with Becky Pezely

This 90-minute sound bath will provide you with ample space and time to experience deep restoration before going into the heart of the winter and holidays. We will begin with simple breathwork, move into full sound bath, and complete with a grounding exercise.

Sound healing is an ancient practice that is non-invasive, safe, and accessible to almost anyone. It utilizes principles of physics to entrain the brain into states that activates natural healing processes and aligns both physical and energetic systems of the body. Sound healing promotes everything from cellular regeneration to energetic alignment. Science has demonstrated, and people report, sound healing resulting in a reduction in stress, anxiety, pain, and many other ailments.
