Whether you're new to strength training or have been lifting for a while, this small group training is designed to help you workout more effectively and confidently.

For beginners, it’s the perfect place to start. Learn the essential movements and proper form to build strength safely, avoid injury, and feel more confident walking into any class or gym.

For experienced lifters, this is a great opportunity to revisit the fundamentals. If you’re not seeing the results you expect—or want to make sure you’re using the best technique—this workshop will help you refine your form and get more out of every lift.

Class is limited to 8 participants to ensure individual attention and recommendations from Sue Gallas who is a former competitive runner and cyclist with years of personal training experience. You’ll come away with clear, practical guidance you can apply immediately to improve your workouts and maximize your results.

For special events such as workshops or series, you will get a refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the event unless noted otherwise. Refunds for early cancellations will be processed once the workshop or series is completed. There will be no refunds or credits for late cancellations or no-shows.
