Welcome Madi to Seattle and to Community Fitness!

Build & Burn is a strength and cardio class in two distinct chapters.

The Build focuses on heavy, intentional strength training of different muscle groups through focused supersets, punctuated by "active recovery" blocks to fire up your glutes and core. Optional moves will be provided so you can make it your workout for your body.

Once the foundation is set, we move to The Burn: a 10-minute metabolic finish where you can vary the level of intensity for your comfort.

Come prepared to lift for strength, move with intent, and leave feeling empowered.
