Planking is simple a simple bodyweight exercise that provides tremendous benefits when done properly. It’s one of the best moves you can do to strengthen your core, providing stability for your spine and alignment and keeping you safe from strain injuries. Core strength is crucial to maintaining a healthy lifestyle! You can do it most anywhere, and we think it’s most fun to do when you’re in a group challenge!
