I was hooked from the beginning. I love the Full Body Strength class because Susan makes it fun! It’s a great way to work every part of my body. Since Covid, I do the online fitness workouts from Monday and Wednesday’s classes the following days (Tues/Thurs) at 6am so I can get to work. I have way more muscle definition and I’ve become so strong! It’s really been a great compliment to my cardio workouts.
It’s all about who’s teaching the class for me. One of my favorite in-person moments at Community Fitness was when we surprised Susan with a flash mob for her 50th. I look forward to going and always feel so happy when I am there. It’s always great to work out with my friends and take the time to catch up after class. I always feel more energized. Right now, I am doing the on-demand workouts and I tell my friends it’s a great way to get an amazing workout from home while feeling like you’re there.

“Community Fitness is more than a Gym or workout facility, it’s a gathering place for friends, fellowship and a lot of laughs! I feel the staff and the instructors are all inspirational leaders in the industry. I began my membership with Community Fitness about 3 years ago, prior to the pandemic, because I found out my favorite dance instructor was there, Medora Cesarano. She is a master of mixing her humor, inclusiveness and inviting personality together with her long amassed dance experience creating an exhilarating, high-energy, commune-style festival of friends, family and camaraderie. “Community Fitness the best group fitness facility in town. It has superb teachers and an amazing amount of fitness format options. I love the Barre classes. I appreciate the attention to detail, focus on form, the corrections provided during class and the techniques given to maximize core strengthening. It looked easy at first, but once I was actually doing it, it turned out to be a “butt kicker” – literally and metaphorically! Barre makes me feel proud, seeing what my body is capable of.
I’m always telling people in Seattle to check out their in-person classes. “The Cycle / Strength format is really unique and fun, with the perfect blend of cardio and strength training! I always get a great out-of-breath workout, while feeling stronger and more toned. The music is motivating, and the switching back and forth from cycling to weights is a nice workout change. I never get bored with the routines! The shorter intervals in Danielle Sharp’s class make it easier to push myself further.
