Julia’s Bio & Schedule

Julia has been teaching barre since 2018 when she discovered the Barre Eclipse method. Her barre journey began after a running injury and though she’s back to running, she still passionately believes that barre is one of the best workouts to holistically prepare your body for all of life’s activities. Julia’s classes are upbeat, set to music and focus on building strength and mobility in an inclusive, body-positive environment.
Barre Plus is a workout that includes all of the tiny, focused movements from more traditional barre classes and also draws inspiration from other movement styles such as HIIT, weight-lifting, and pilates.This class is done without an actual barre and instead creatively utilizes a variety of different props (including the walls) to achieve an intense burn.
