Sarith’s Bio & Schedule


Sarith started his fitness journey over a decade ago with focus on strength, conditioning and functional movement. He believes that a combination of interval training and group fitness allows individuals to reach their goals in dynamic and sustainable ways. His goal in training is to lead participants through safe and effective movement in a fun environment with great music and atmosphere.

After returned from a year sabbatical where he travelled the world and sought great food, culture, sights, people, and fitness routines, he now returns to work not only a group fitness instructor, but a physician assistant in hematology. He also grew up in the Pacific Northwest and is grateful to help serve this community through both health and fitness.”
