Olivia started her group fitness journey in 2013, while attending Arizona State University. She grew up dancing, and decided to try out being a Zumba instructor. Little did she know she would fall in love with group fitness and still be teaching today!

In May 2014 she graduated with a B.S. in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching and moved to Seattle with her husband. Once moving here she expanded her classes, becoming a Barre and Reformer Pilates instructor.

Olivia enjoys incorporating classical ballet techniques into her Barre classes to create a fast-paced, full body toning class. In addition to teaching group fitness, Olivia is a Whole Health Coach, working with clients to reach their wellness goals. Other activities she enjoys are cycle, Yoga, running, hiking, and Pilates. Olivia’s goal in every class is to create a safe, unique, fun, and effective workout!
